This is the most significant piece of legislation in the country's history.  Yes, both sides lie, but something as critical health wise a financially relevant as this in my opinion is different.

Talking with people at where I work the office staff, that is non union but considered daily hire by Warner Bros, have finally received health benefits. The game Warner was playing is that they hire no one as staff and call them daily hire and as such do not contribute to any holiday pay, vacation pay, retirement or health benefits even though they work year round.
