Cheesecake

My favorite is Pumpkin Cheesecake. But can't go wrong with a plain cheesecake. I've made it a couple times and it was fantastic. It's a pain to make though. Balboa Fun Zone has chocolate dipped frozen cheesecake on a stick. I always make sure to get the sprinkles....rainbow sprinkles. Guliblguy's wife makes this awesome peppermint icecream cheesecake thing. It's really hard to explain but it's really light and melts in your mouth. Ridiculously good.

I think it is gross. The texture is not appealing at all. Kills the rest of it for me.

I would have had the same response as Adam before working in a memorabilia shop about 15 years ago where we sold autographs and photographs of famous people. Among the file drawers was one labeled "Cheesecake". I had no idea what I was about to witness when I opened it. Ever since then I always wished for my innocence back. But that didn't screw me up as much as the guys who would call on a regular basis asking if we had any new pictures of the Olsen Twins in (this was when Full House was still early in its run on TV). THOSE were the guys that truly creeped me the **** out and exposed me to a whole new realm of ****ed up I wished I had never really found out about firsthand. Needless to say, there are some VERY messed up people in this world.
