you could also stick with the beach theme and put a Jersey Shore pavillion in LF to make Trout feel like he's at home.

I would like to see a better rock section for the bros from the IE so they can drive their trucks and dirt bikes. The strip club could go out there as well.

Get a partnership with Fritz and have "Fritz on the rocks" nights. Half priced booze in the strip club when you buy a lap dance.
