Albert suing Jack Clark

I'm ok with Albert Pujols defending his reputation but it will open Pandora's box. Clark's attorneys will definitely question Mihlfeld about his strength and conditioning business including his list of clients. Jack Clark claims that his proof is a statement made by Mihlfeld so you can bet that Mihlfeld will be deposed extensively.

This is getting stupid. Why did Clark enlist Side Show Bob as his legal representation?

Clark no longer has a major league career.  Who cares what he does?

Pujols, on the other hand, *does* have a major league career, and he's getting paid premium dollars to play like an MVP-type.

A steroids lawsuit does nothing to help him do his job, the one he's getting paid to do.

Two completely different things yk.  They have zero to do with one another.  Personally I think he should have just left it alone, because Clarke is a mental midget.  But that is just what I think, Albert should do what he feels he should do.

I also want him to perform well, I just don't see how one has to do with the other.  He struggled before this thing ever came about, so we can't blame his struggles on the suit

I think he ought to focus on the thing he's getting paid to do - hit.

Clark is a mental midget but Pujols may have opened a can of whoop-ass on himself. Clark's attorney is going to eat him alive about PED's legal or otherwise.

What's interesting about this is to see how far this goes. It comes down to see if Pujols is afraid of what they would uncover in discovery. Even if they don't find roids they could uncover other embarassing stuff . However, Pujols' legal team could do the same to Clark. Discovery is very expensive. He could outspend Clark in legal fees and if nothing else cause a lot of heartache to Clark's wallet. It wouldn't dent Albert's much. It's a game of chicken and I suspect Clark will settle unless he really has something good. Otherwise Clark stands to lose the most here.

I predict they settle for an unknown amount and an apology from Clark.
