However, if this were a conventional vehicle with gasoline, it is likely that the same fire would have completely burned the entire car.

 

 

 

The stock for this company is quite volatile, so while something like can affect stock prices, the car pretty much operated the way it was supposed to.

 

Right now the key to Tesla's wealth is brand loyalty. People who want this car aren't going to be deterred by this, right now people have a favorable view on Tesla, people are actually wanting to hold securities in the company and its technology, and the stock will recover.

 

For anyone looking to invest it is probably a safe bet TSLA will be over $200 sometime before the end of the year.

Yeah I agree now, I got out a while ago (see the tesla thread in politics forum). 

It's too frothy and the fundamentals don't hold up.

But for a while it was pretty juicy.
