2014 Managerial Candidates

I tried to put together a list of possible replacements for Scioscia in case Arte decides to end his reign in Anaheim.  Figured it's better to create a poll rather than throw out names in multiple threads.  There's probably dozens of candidates out there that we've never heard or thought of, so this is just a quick list of some of the names being mentioned around here or in the media over the last few days.

 

Edit: Removed Roenicke since he's staying with the Brewers.  Removed Girardi earlier since it looks like the Yanks will offer him a new deal.
