Fielder was on pace for 100 RBI's when he got cut in 1998. If he hadn't been cut, he definitely would have made this list. Of course, if Mike had been the manager, he never would have been cut, or lost AB's, due to sucking and would have been in there every day until the end of the season because of his prior accomplishments.

People who think RBI's are a credible stat for evaluating how valuable a player is are the same people who think wins are actually credible for pitchers.

It's pretty embarrassing and pathetic in this day and age.

 

Trumbo is having a below average season this year, yet some aren't willing to trade him for anything less than a number 1 or 2 pitcher? give me a ****ing break.

 

He's expendable. The Angels have Pujols. They don't need Trumbo. 

If Pujols gets hurt, they're not going to win with or without trumbo.
