Things to cheer about

Just a few things that an Angels fan can feel good about during this last week of another difficult season:

 

The Yankees missed the playoffs.

The Pirates made the playoffs.

The Rangers might not make the playoffs, and we'll have a lot to say about it.

I'll also feel good about the pitching getting better, Hamilton looking better and the team actually playing good baseball (albeit not nearly enough of it)

They most certainly did not tank over the last 5 weeks of the 2013 season.

Can they play like this in 2014?

They had better start the first week of April, or 2014 will be a very long season.

 

I'm so tired of these horrible starts and then trying to climb out of the hole for the next several months.
