A man was stabbed to death at about midnight Wednesday after a fight broke out at a Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants Game at AT&T Park.

Wait, what?!  I'm very confused now...

 

I visited back in '07 or '08 for an Angels sweep, and had no problems.  The park is beautiful, their fans were respectful of us and our Angels red.  You know why?  Because we respected them, their team, and their house by not acting like drunken, obnoxious, poor-winners.  It's simple really, to not attract that kind of attention that will get you shanked.

God dammit.  I decided that the Dodgers wouldn't be my NL team because of all the violence.  I went to the Giants.

 

Now I guess I'll start rooting for the Padres.  After that, I'm not going out of California. The D-Backs aren't worth the effort.

The irony there is that Dodger fans tend to be old LA Raider fans as well.

Never had problems at Giants games. Fans seem to be laid back, like Anaheim fans.  Niner games are much different though, fan base is more of a younger, thug mentality, get drunk, get in the face of opposing fans, yell and throw things at them.

 

Sucks about the fan dying.  Nothing should come to that.
