Ya, Salt Lake being in the playoffs means nothing as far as the state of the farm system for sure. Is there even one legitimate prospect on that roster?

 

Maybe there's a little more to read into Arkansas or Inland Empire because there are actual prospects on those teams, but even Inland Empire finished the season 2 games under .500.

 

It's neat for the affiliates and for the players, but I don't think it says much about the actual strength of the Angels' farm system, which is still awfully weak.
