New season started last night.  I know Sutter tries to go for shock value but the school shooting was unnecessary.

 

I think this show is really starting to lose it.  It has always been over the top but they are running out of content.

Well next season is the final season I believe, so I will see it through.

The school shooting was a bit uneasy to watch, but whatever didn't bother me, that is why they have the warnings before the episode airs. What annoys me is how they make it seem so easy to get away with murder and other serious crimes.

They didn't even show anything with the 'shooting' No bodies, no blood, no nothing, so whatever.

 

With everything thats happened on this show..I don't think it was anything really 'unexpected'

 

As for the episode..routine..it'll probably be as average as season five.

 

Episode 2 looks pretty good though for the simple reason Clay will be more involved.

Having a kid going to an elementary school, that is one of the most terrifying thoughts you can have.  Showing it or not just the thought is awful for me.

Just watched it. A grim look at reality.

Show is still the same as it started. I dislike the Gemma bs and that whole Ireland kidnap thing was just weird, but the show still works because of all the pieces.

It won't be on some best ever tv show list but is cool viewing for an hour. I like the show and keep it in perspective.

I agree that the school shooting seemed unnecessary.  I know they always have scenario's going on that involve the club, but that felt like a reach.  This season started out with a SH!TTON of violence.  By the way, they are now employing two characters from Deadwood on the show.

I will admit that Otto has got it pretty bad at this point.  He kind of reminds me of the Black Knight from the old Monty Python movie who is guarding the bridge.  "It's merely a flesh wound" as first one arm, and then the other, is severed.

It was Dave Navarro's kid.  Navarro plays one of Nero's goons.

I read a synopsis and it seemed to be the kid of Navarros girl, not necessarily his....a girlfriends kid.

He used one of the guns that SAMCRO gave Nero last season.  They will trace it back to the club and there will be tons of heat coming down on them.

Nate, on a related note (to outside people reading the threads), Cowherd made mention of Kiffin not being a good head coach b/c he's always buried in the Cheesecake Factory menu, which you're familiar with my using frequently.  Made me laugh that someone else thinks it looks like that

Yeah they seem to be more liberal with the editing so far.  When ever they put nudity in the warning before the show I know we will see Jax's ass.

I am 100% certain I saw pornstar nipples.  There were no shadows or elbows to block the shot.  I think channels like FX and AMC are pushing the envelope.  Show starts past 10pm?  Curse away, and feel free to show tits and ass!
