Dominant in the shootout.  Well done.

Quick rises to the occasion yet again. 

Defense got a little sloppy in the first two periods, and then tightened it up. 

Carter, Kopitar, and Doughty get the scoring done.

Faceoffs were an issue, but it's early.

Minnesota is a solid team that will be in the Western Conference playoffs hunt.

 

Good beginning of season win on the road!

I've seen him use it countless times. Goaltenders cant seem to figure it out

boy, that was just bizarre. not sure why he lost his stick, and not sure how that puck got past him.

 

last year quick seemed to give up an awful lot of soft goals. he gave up two more of them last night. i hope this isn't something that will be a problem this season.

Good game for the Rangers last night. Quick let in that softie, but the Rangers did a good job of pressuring him all night. He made some good saves, besides the obvious.

 

Seems like forever since NYR played in LA.

had some primo seats last that some parent donated to the school. got to watch from row 18, and you get to see just how fast these guys really are.
