It looked like a routine sacrifice fly. Tommy Field laced a liner to left field with the bases loaded and one out, Chris Nelson waited until Alfonso Soriano made the catch, then took off toward home to plate the tying run in the sixth. But home-plate umpire David Rackley felt Nelson took off early, ruling the double play that wiped that run off the board. And shortly after that, the Angels' bullpen imploded en route to a 14-7 loss to the Yankees on Tuesday night.
