@wboor: Quick #Angels tidbits. Trout feels ok, just DHing to get a break. Bourjos took BP again today and Vargas will throw sim game tomorrow

Hopefully, PB will go on a rehab assignment soon and Vargas will be back in the middle of Aug., so the Angels have a chance to trade him.

I am hoping that Calhoun isn't benched in favor or Shuck when Bourjos comes back but I am thinking that is what Scioscia is planning to do.

Since July 4, Conger is hitting .162/.244/.351.  Small sample size, obviously.  (Iannetta isn't doing much better during that time, though...)
