The Giants should absolutely not be #1 for many, many reasons (different team, luck last year, etc). To be honest I doubt they make the postseason this year and not even in my top 10, in no order (DC, LAA, DET, STL, ATL, LAD, TOR, TB, Tex, CIN).

Great Rotation that could be even BETTER if Lincecum bounces back, Great pen even with the loss of Wilson, Offense is solid as well.

Well then something has gone horribly wrong.  The Dodgers, Yankees, Phillies, Red Sox, and Tigers all enter 2013 with higher projected payrolls than the Angels....
