Here is my take on threads like these, and there is about a 99 percent chance of me being right:

 

1. Nobody we want off the roster will be traded. We want them gone because they suck/are overpaid, and there isn't a large market for those kinds of players - despite the feelings of some that clubs are lined up to trade their best players for our trash. In the unlikely event that such a deal is made, there is zero chance of getting a player in return who is likely to ever be useful at the major league level.

 

2. At least one player we should keep will probably be traded, because the FO will feel the need to appear to be "doing something", even though it is the general consensus that our season was for all intents and purposes over some time ago.
