Can they test Colon for PED's before tonight's game?

Recommended Posts

According to the MLB drug policy any player suspended from baseball for steroid use is required to take three follow up tests over a twelve month period, not including the already required test during Spring training and mid season test for all players.

As for tonight's game, no. It requires 48 hours previous notice of a random for cause test to be administered and there is an appeals process if the player disagrees with the reasons given for testing.

That means our best hope is that he can't fit into the tunnel leading to the dugout?

The A's already know they will be losing Colon, and according to MLB are currently in talks with the Chisox for Peavy.

Selig's tough drug policy at work.

Again he's still accountable for 13 soon to be 14 wins for Oakland after being caught cheating.....AGAIN!!

Everyone trying to make a plea bargin
