Actually I would prefer that the Angels sweep both series. Not realistic but the harder they can make it for Texas and Oakland to win I think it makes the rest of the year at least worth watching.

I feel really guilty, but I hope we lose the rest of the season. We aren't gonna catch anyone in the west and not the Orioles, Rays, Yankees, Indians & Rangers for the two wild card spots. I'd love to get a top 5 pick and draft a top college arm who can contribute within a year or two.

I guess no one reads the pitching matchups.  We will be lucky to win one against Oakland.  They have three really good pitchers going, plus a fourth who is a poster child for PED's.  We have one good pitcher going, two lost causes, and a glass doll.  I didn't cover Texas. but their manager is probably snorting up as we speak.

That is ridiculous.  The Angels... the team many on this board have said is terrible... have won 47% of their games.  There is no match up in the history of MLB where a team would be lucky to win one of four games.
