Like I've said before, he's incredibly lucky to be managing in this market.  In New York, Boston, or Philadelphia he'd have been fired 2-3 years ago.

I think he was being a bit facetious. But the poor guy works 60 hours a week and has some young kids at home running him around, so who knows.
