When we play "not so good" opponents we seem to get outplayed and lack motivation. So does Minnesota take 2 of 3? Or do we sweep when we have too before 4 crucial games @ Oak this week?

Have you seen our No 3, 4, and 5 pitchers?  If you have then you shouldn't be surprised with our inconsistency.

I'd say they are pretty consistent.

Either Weaver/Wilson/Vargas pitching= good chance at winning and anyone else = bad chance. OR long win streak followed by long losing streak

The team they are playing doesn't really matter. When they play well, they are one of the hardest teams to beat. When they play bad they are the easiest.
