I was pretty surprised with Ray's reaction to the priest.  Kind of wanted to see Avi get a little physical with Abby to make her listen.  You could just see his frustration that she was blowing him off.  Her reaction at the gym was interesting too, in that I don't think she knows about Rays past.

Did anyone see the season ending episode?  Any comments?

I liked the scene between Mickey and Ray when Mickey wanted to know why Ray tried to get him killed.  Mickey really did look like he was being sincere and heartbroken by this, especially when he confessed to Ray that he was his favorite. Ray's response was chillingly cold, but his feelings appeared to soften a little when Mickey saved Ray by shooting Sully.

I wouldn't be surprised if the writers explore a better relationship between Mickey and Ray next season.

I think Abby's reaction at the gym showed that she does have some understanding about the brothers' past, and she essentially turned her back on the priest.  She didn't know until later however that Ray was also abused by the priest, not just Bunchy.

There are things we don't know yet about Mickey and the brothers.  Obviously Ray knows that Mickey didn't kill Colleen, but there's something else that fuels his hatred of Mickey.

This will be explained in the last episode.

Mickey is affected by it because I truly believe he is trying to right wrongs and be a better man with his family, it's just Ray is having no part of it. When Mickey killed the FBI agent, I think he did that more to protect Ray than himself. He could be extremely bitter about spending 20 years in prison, but he isn't.

I haven't seen the last episode yet however, so not sure how much of what I said might be correct in that episode.

Final episode was great.  I'm a fan of the show and am looking forward to Season 2.  I find that I give a sh!t about almost all of the characters, which is a credit to the writers for creating and sculpting interesting and believable people.  Glad they didn't off a certain Israeli.  I really dig the lesbo that works for Ray, as well.
