I think you need a mix of both, people who can get on and people who drive them in by hitting for high average but maybe not as high of OBP.

If I recall correctly, it was around this time last year that Jerome stopped locating his sinker and got clobbered.

That seems to be happening again, combined with him falling behind way more than a guy like Jerome can get away with.
