Google your TV model and cnet and check out the calibration settings they use to test the tv.  Most TV's come with 3-4 settings like Normal/Movie/Sports/Dynamic all of which are not usually very optimal for the best viewing.  Especially Sports or Dynamic or Eco.

Besides Maggio not being hard on the eyes, though I prefer dark hair, Maggio does a good job with her interviews and has really improved when she's assigned pre and post game duties. She doesn't sound like one of those espn or nfl sideline chicks who tries to be one of the guys.

Maggio just does the job without pretending to sound like an expert. She asks the questions without drawing attention to herself and what a refreshing thing is that to see.

Remember last season when Trout peaked a glimpse of her boobage?
