I had given up hope on Kohn ever being effective, but I am impressed. Arguably our best relief pitcher right now.

Those two strikeouts were the relief highlight of the season for me.  I loved the look Cabrera had on his face after striking out, that was priceless.

I almost crapped my pants when he got Cabrera swinging.

Kohn is nearly unhittable when he can actually get the ball over the plate (.150 BAA), but he has these spells where it looks like there's a forcefield around the strikezone.  

 

Thing is, you can usually tell which Kohn you're getting in the first few pitches, so I'd hope Scioscia has noticed this by now and knows when to keep the leash really short.

He has the giddy up to pitch high in the zone. He just can't be consistently pitching from behind in the count. Boy it would be nice for the Angels to finally develop a good bullpen arm.

The one Cobra Kai who was eliminated, and gets buggy eyed, in the first movie thinks that was a mellow reaction.
