The person I knew with it woke up and thought he'd had a stroke cause his face was all droopy on one side

The symptoms often mimic a stroke. I've known a couple of people who had it, treated a couple of others in the hospital. Steroids and antivirals are about all you can do for it, and they don't always work. It usually resolves on its own even if untreated, but the medications help to speed up the process.

Two?!?!

One of my coworkers has it as well. He missed a week of work when it first surfaced, and still wasn't 100% when he came back. Then he was ok for a couple months, then got it a little again. He's been ok for a few months now.
