That I understand.

But the pitchers they faced so far through 7 innings tonight have a cumulative ERA of close to 5.00 on the season.   Which comes on the heels of yesterday’s game.

Hope they find the offense the last two innings.

The Smokies had the best offensive team in the Southern League and a damn good pitching staff too. 

It was a good season regardless. A three game series isn't a tell tale of who's the best, but it is what it is.
