No way. This year maybe, but in the previous 6 seasons he was a very consistent, good reliever.

 

I wouldn't want him as a closer by any means, but he'd make a solid reliever if he could be had for cheap.

WHIP is flawed. It doesn't weigh hits. Walks and doubles aren't the same. He's very bad.
