Been revisiting them lately.  Listened to them and similar new wave and post punk bands when I started college while KROQ was playing too much broflake rock like Bizkit.  Thank goodness for Richard Blade’s Flashback Lunch.

My wife's little brother invited us to go to a John Mayer concert with him this weekend. So I started listening to his stuff so that I can enjoy the music more.

Dude is a douche, but he's an incredible songwriter. (John Mayer, not my brother-in-law.)

Not sure if this is popular on this site, but as a life long Tool fan, I'm trying hard to get my fandom around the new Tool album "Fear Innoculum."  I've waited 13 years for the new Tool album and maybe I had higher expectations.
