He was hurt last year and is essentially a version of Wantz Criswell et al.  likely just a numbers game.

Rotation: Junk, Daniel, Smith, Diaz, Kalish, eventually Criswell and Canning

Bullpen: Buttrey, Ortega, Barraclough, Moran,Marte, Wantz, Peguero, Higgins, etc

Not really exciting, but plenty of half-way decent fill-ins.

 

p.s. Daniel Smith is a high-end watercolor paint company.
