That doesn't include what teams are losing, but gives a sense of how much they've improved so far relative to each other. The Rangers are insane, and all of a sudden the Angels could very well be in 5th place next year. 

Hey Perry, let's go grab Raisel Iglesias and Chris Taylor. If possible, Marcus Stroman or Carlos Rodon.

They're not exactly starting from equal points, and some teams have lost a lot, some guys being negative WAR. Seattle lost Kyle Seager and others, Angels lost Bundy and Cobb and Quintana and Pujols and Guerra, Rangers lost ?

Maybe after the lockout we’ll get lucky and sign a couple.  I’d love to see Iglesias back at least, of course that’s a multiple year contract….
