There’s nothing logical about calling Thaiss up, talking about how he’s moved full time to catcher and they’re impressed with how it’s gone, and not seeing how he looks behind the plate at the major league level

This is our playoffs, if it was another team it might be different.  If the M’s are out of contention by Sunday I would expect Thaiss to get a start, but there’s no time to try him out.  I’m thinking more time in AAA
