I went to a Barnes and noble today.  They had one copy of each cover and they were pretty beat up.

All I saw was the BIG type SHO. I frankly haven't seen a Sports Illustrated cover since Dan Patrick took down his swimsuit wall. And I stopped seeing Dan when he went to all streaming.

The news of Ohtani-san's team season MVP award was on NHK TV (Japanese public broadcasting) at noon Japan time.

I was considering going to the game tonight and/or tomorrow.  Once Ohtani was announced as tomorrow's starter, that was a lock.  The last few games... the lack of offense and all the Ohtani walks...  caused me to decide not to go tonight.  Oops.

It's kinda weird that all of the Angels announcers are seemingly rooting for Ohtani to be taken out of games early.
