Shohei can definitely use three days off (2 SD games and day off).

He is really struggling, hitting under .190 since August 1 and striking out a lot lately.

I don’t believe so.  I believe it started or ended with when he wanted to share the information or how he wanted to share the information, not the actual information.

Maybe it’s time for Ohtani to do two things.  One, use the whole field like earlier in the season.  Two, expand the zone and hit those pitches to left.

He has to be getting tired. He has been a machine all season but the tank may be getting close to empty

It's time for an electronic strike zone.

I do agree that Ohtani could hit some of those pitches, though. He was earlier in the season.  Hitting is difficult

How could he not be? In the line up everyday, pitching in the rotation and its getting late in the season. I'm thinking he's human and most humans get tired when they work hard.
