NYC man, no question.

manhattan is awesome. legit $$ but totally worth it. you can find awesome places in like harlem (killer area since columbia is near by so college vibe). i would highly recommend buying there now if you can because they are trying to gentrify so they will give you insane tax breaks. like literally $14 a year prop taxes.

also brooklyn is great and the bronx.

boston is fun too - pretty town.
