It’s a really dumb take to assume that.  We’ve seen worse players dealt.  I get that the players hurt your feelings, but just look at the stats of the guys we are talking about compared to guys that have been traded.

Well, you just said why trade them for 24-year olds in AA.  My point is that even if that's all they can get for guys on expiring contracts who aren't contributing (or are in fact actively costing the Angels wins), that's better than just sitting here doing nothing.

I don't think Iglesias is going anywhere until Kimbrel gets traded....
