Another Reminder Why ESPN is Trash (Angels 24th in Power Rankings)

They ranked the Angels at #23 in their shitty power rankings.

For reference, the Royals are at #17 and the Twins are at #24.

In his first 14 games hitting first, Upton batted .327/.410/.769 with 11 extra-base hits, six of them homers. The only thing that will change the national-media narrative on the Angels is for the team to have a winning season for the first time in six years. 

If the Dodgers or Yankees had five consecutive losing seasons despite having a large payroll and one of the greatest players in the game's history, I would love kicking them while they're down. I can't expect anyone to treat the Angels differently.

Listening to AM840 yesterday the ESPN feed was griping how the Yankees had the worst offense in 40 years and Cashman needed to do something or his head would be on the chopping block.

I'm really glad the left and the right can find common ground in their utter disdain for MSM. 

And yes, the Angels are better than 24th in the league.  I daresay at this point in time, they're top 15. 

And if they're at our above .500 in 2-3 weeks when Trout returns, they're truly a playoff contender.  And after that just wait until August when Detmers, Adell, Marsh and Thaiss arrive.
