Doubtful.  In response to someone asking if he ever thought he would be a coach for the Angels, he said that the relationship hasn’t been great sense he left.  That was disheartening.

Seems to be a recurring theme with this franchise. They don’t take care of their own.

How about getting rid of Vlad, Erstad, Eckstein, Glaus, GA. The list goes on. Obviously each player’s circumstance is different, but more loyalty should’ve been shown to these legendary players—and please don’t just argue for the sake of arguing.

What?  None of those guys have a bad relationship with the Angels.  I have it on good authority that GA is fine with the organization.  If you need any proof, turn up the volume on your TV.
