Or they don't have any rapport with Maddon. Which would kind of make sense considering Trout found out about Pujols release from a relief pitcher instead of his manager. Where is the trust being built if Maddon can't face the team and give then the news himself? Why go to him when he never came to you?

Ya but you don't know how it went down. Pujols could have gone to the clubhouse to hug it out with guys before Maddon even had a chance to release the news to the team.
