Better yet, should have just invested in starting pitching. Look at what the Dodgers did. We literally could have Cole and Bauer in our rotation if Arte would grow a fucking pair and go over the luxury tax.

Too bad there was no good pitchers available for trades or free agency this off-season.

Damn I wonder if I could get a refund for my tickets for tomorrow’s game. I paid for preferred parking and everything.

Stay home. Maybe Ohtani will throw a no hitter

CJ Wilson wasn't overpaid and non producing. He was a pretty good signing. Upton had a very good year here and has had health issues otherwise so not worth the contract but not all his fault either.

Upton has produced -0.3 WAR since 2019 since he signed his extension.

He has turned into Albert Pujols and have given negative production.

Yup. Not worth the contract but he did give the Halos a 3 bWAR season when totally healthy. Health has been his problem.

That was before the extension signing.

Angels should have sent him off with a qualifying offer after that year.

They could have gotten Ryu or Keuchel with that money and also saved so many terrible one year starter signings.
