I'm struggling to come up with a realistic situation where I would be this pissed at an employee somewhere, and this definitely wouldn't be one.

 

I feel bad for the poor guy at the register, who had nothing to do with the previous night's "incident" that has to deal with this chick.

Exactly. Can't wait to talk to mine about the curt lady at the cafeteria this morning. Didn't even say "Hi." You know what that means.

I'm shocked how often people pull the "I've called my lawyer" bit but my partner, who works in retail, says he loves to get this on a very angry call since he can answer with "Sir or madam, since you have spoken to your attorney, I can no longer assist you with this issue as it is now a matter for our legal department.
