My guess is Clay Davis has been in the ear of their front office and coaching staff, purposefully passing along bad advice, just so that the Orioles suck on the regular and property values surrounding Camden yards plummet. At that point, he's gonna swoop in, buy them cheap, then get Stringer to buy into a "development partnership", just to walk away with Stringer's money and never give him a return. It's always been the plan, but unfortunately Bundy and Cobb had to have their careers derailed for it to work. Don't even get me started on what he did to Chris Davis.
