I'm surprised they didn't send down Barria already.

He's gonna be unavailable for the next few games anyway, so just send him down and like call up Mayfield (who is on the taxi squad) so you have some bench insurance. (Especially with Rendon day-to-day and them playing with a shorter bench already.)

Good point. We could use an infielder or backup OF with Rendon's groin issue. 

I'm guessing a move will be announced prior to the game. The Angels may think they're not going to get this one in so no need to make that announcement until game time.

It may have to do with Fowler. Not sure if anybody called up for him yet. One may have something to do with the other.

Given the state of the bullpen and Fowler's injury, this was a very welcomed postponement.

Every reliever gets another day of rest, and we actually "gain" a home game out of this apparently, since the DH will be in Anaheim (although I'm guessing we'll be the "away team" for the makeup game).
