It was spring training.

It's been eight regular season games.

I don't remember my first season following baseball, but I doubt I ever made much out of either... especially the latter.

Obvious ? I don’t know.  One hoping that half a season of good hitting represented some kind of improvement doesn’t seem that crazy to me.
 

I didn’t say that I expected him to mash exactly like last year.
