Does this give him an out to sign with another team? My guess is that he won't play for LaRussa anymore since his slump coincides exactly with the 3-0 homer incident. Smart move if so.

Horror show at Dodger Stadium. Another Kenley Jansen meltdown. Giants score 4 runs in the 9th, lead 5-3.

Questionable check swing call with 2 outs, bases loaded, and 3-2 count tied the score. Then a 2-run single. Jansen threw like 35 pitches.

I love how Roberts left Kenley in after walking in the tying run just so he can give up another hit to score 2 more. Excellent stuff

Another so-called contender to overtake Trout as MLB's king bites the dust. Same with Harper (2015) and Betts (2018). Yelich wasn't quite on Trout's level as a superstar from 2018-2019 but he was still close, hasn't been great since 2020.  Baseball, as its been said many times, will humble a player.

Now the Rockies, one of the worst teams in baseball, have scored 3 runs in the 10th.
