sure, send me your ideas.

your ingredients for Christmas brunch are French toast, hard boiled eggs & potatoes, vegetarian sausage, and aunt Jemima maple syrup.

I'm sure that I can come up with something. I have most of it figured out. French toast shaped the right way can be the body of the scorpion, put the boiled eggs underneath it to give it some volume, the vegetarian sausage the tail, still working on the legs.

Nothing says "Happy Holidays" like something that resembles a giant scorpion in the middle of the dinner table.

BTW, Tank, if I give it a little thought, I'm sure that I could help you come up with a vegetarian version of this. You will be the star of Christmas dinner.

Giant Scorpion?

It's a baby xenomorph.

OK, here you go:

French toast

mashed potatoes

vegetarian crab legs (see below)

Aunt Jemima maple syrup

Boil potatoes until soft. Mash until smooth consistency. Place in center of pan and mold to make body of scorpion.

Drape French toast over potatoes. Cut off any excess.

Attach vegetarian sausage to back of scorpion to form tail. Curve for effect.

Attach eight vegetarian crab legs (six for legs, two for claws). Split legs mounted in front with paring knife to create claws.

Glaze body of scorpion with Aunt Jemima maple syrup

Bake in pre-heated oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Present to table on covered dish. Gradually remove cover and enjoy.

Added ingredient: vegetarian crab legs

You might have to use toothpicks to keep the legs from separating at the crease.
