From the 2013 AngelsWin Spring Training Fanfest.  My oldest son and Victor.  I think my kid was about 11 at the time.  Now he's like 6'3"  He was so excited to get his picture taken with Victor this day.

Damn don't how how I missed that, Victor as GM here would have been awesome! Maybe someday he can get a big league GM gig after his AA executive job.

Maybe things have changed a bit, but my impression from talking to people in these types of roles several years ago was that they don't really prepare you for major league gigs at all, since they're more administrative and marketing-oriented, rather than player development, scouting, etc.
