I watch just about every game and I can't remember ever hearing "Oppo Taco." Maybe I'm just not paying close enough attention.

Rojas uses it every once in a while... the most memorable one was when Torii Hunter hit two games against the Mariners a couple of years ago, Rojas said, "This one's got a chance.... Break out the shredded lettuce and the cheese, its OP-PO TA-CO TIME!!!!
