It feels like Minasian is now winding down the off-season for the Angels. His targets have grown increasingly smaller as time has progressed, so I don't think they're in on Odorizzi or any major trade target. 

If I had to guess, I'd say this is the rotation and bullpen they head into ST with. 

Has payroll increased over last year? It feels like it's largely the same.

But we have been linked to Colome, Rosenthal and Osuna.  Even though Colome has signed and Fletcher says we aren't in on Osuna, the fact that we are in on all three, you have to assume we have our eyes on adding at least one more high caliber arm for the pen.

If we're not going to open up the pocketbook for Rosenthal, there are some good relievers out there still.

It's funny to me that some people like to predict what's going to happen or not happen all the time.  All. The. Time.  If you throw enough crap against the wall, eventually something is going to stick.

Different strokes and all that, I guess.

Minasian has made it clear that he's always looking to improve the ball club.

MT is against the signing and she has heard nothing about the rumors.
