They figure out the password by somehow figuring out the target's birthday or dog's name, since all of us have passwords that are our birthday or dog's name.

A guy always knows a guy who can suture up a gunshot wound or a stab wound with shit laying around his house.  Or sometimes, they just suture it up themselves.
