Man it's so sad, the expanded playoffs were literally an invitation by MLB to the playoffs for the Angels exclusively, and we miss it by a few games.  I hope expanded playoffs aren't the new normal.

For Trout to make the playoffs, we might need expanded playoffs on a full season.

l'm reasonably sure the Asstros are done being a team to fear, with Singer, Brantley, Reddick, Gurriel, and Peacock all becoming free agents. The A's have Semiem, Minor, Soria, Fiers, Petit,  La Stella and others to become FA. Plus Chapman, and Olson are about to get a big raise in their first time arbitration...

I think the Mariners may be a good team next year.
